Christopher Clare Showerman is an American actor. He’s most famous for playing George in the movie George of the Jungle 2, which came out in 2003.

Showerman was born in Jackson, Michigan on June 24, 1971. He grew up in Stockbridge, Michigan and went to Stockbridge High School. After studying music at Michigan State University, he decided to become an actor.

He started with small roles in big movies like Starship Troopers and Best in Show. Then, he got the lead role in a movie called Dumped in 2000. His big break came when he took over the role of George in George of the Jungle 2 after Brendan Fraser. Showerman has been in other movies too, like Sea of Fear and Idol, and he’s also worked on TV shows such as Jack of All Trades and CSI Miami.

In 2006, Showerman started a film company called Shorris Film. They made movies like Radio America, which Showerman wrote, produced, and directed himself.
