Utkarsh Ambudkar, also known as UTK the INC, is an American actor, rapper, and singer. He’s famous for his roles in movies like Pitch Perfect, Game Over, Man!, and Free Guy, as well as TV shows such as The Mindy Project and Never Have I Ever. Born on December 8, 1983, in Baltimore, Maryland, to Indian immigrant parents who were scientists, he grew up in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Utkarsh attended New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts and made his Broadway debut in 2019.
In addition to acting, he’s been part of musical groups like “The Beatards” and the hip-hop improv group Freestyle Love Supreme, where he performs as UTK the INC. Utkarsh has also appeared in YouTube comedy sketches and has a background in improvisational theater. He married in 2019 and has three children. He has openly discussed his past struggles with alcoholism and has been sober since the early 2010s.
