Bade Miyan Chote Miyan is a new action movie in Hindi. It’s made by Ali Abbas Zafar and a team of producers. Development
Bollywood Hungama talked about the movie in December 2021. They planned to confirm the project on February 6, 2022, but they delayed it because the singer Lata Mangeshkar passed away.
Casting Of Bade Miyan Chote Miyan
Prithviraj Sukumaran was chosen to play the bad person in the movie. After that, Sonakshi Sinha, Manushi Chhillar, and Alaya F joined the group of actors in the film.
Filming
Filming for the movie started on January 17, 2023, at Yash Raj Studios in Mumbai. They shot action scenes and a song in a tunnel with actors Kumar and Shroff. Then they moved to Film City in Mumbai for scenes with horses. Director Ali Abbas Zafar marked the end of the first part of filming on February 19, 2023, with a picture of Kumar and Shroff on horses.
Later, on February 28, they began the second part of filming in the United Kingdom, filming in Scotland, London, and Luton. They shot a lot of the movie during this time, including exciting action scenes with cars, bikes, helicopters, and tanks. They even recreated a place called Paisley to look like Shanghai for a scene at night. Akshay Kumar got hurt while filming a bike chase. They finished filming in the UK on April 12, 2023.
From April 16, 2023, they started the last part of filming in Abu Dhabi. They filmed a dance song with Kumar and Shroff and an action scene with a Chinook helicopter. The filming ended on May 8, 2023.
Release Of Bade Miyan Chote Miyan
The movie was supposed to come out on December 22, 2023, in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam. But it got postponed to Eid in 2024. They will show a short preview of the movie during the Republic Day weekend.
