When Jaya Bachchan called Shweta Bachchan her strength
In February, during a show called What The Hell, Jaya Bachchan told her daughter, Shweta, that she’s her ‘strength’. Later on, Shweta admitted she didn’t talk much because she felt she didn’t know enough about the topics being discussed. She didn’t want to say something foolish. Her daughter supported her, saying she’s smart and her opinions matter.
Jaya, quietly listening, smiled and reached out to Shweta, saying, “She’s more than my son, she’s my strength. Maybe it’s because she’s a woman, but she’s my strength.”
