Alia Bhatt opens up about her bond with Isha Ambani
In a recent talk with Forbes magazine, Alia Bhatt shared a lot about her work with Isha Ambani on a brand for kids’ clothes. She explained how she wanted someone to help with her business, which she started with her own money. She also talked about becoming a mom around the same time as Isha. Their kids were born very close together.
“Isha Ambani and I are good friends. We both became moms almost at the same time. My daughter and her twins were born within a week of each other. So, it all happened together. Suddenly, we were both moms,” she said.
Bhatt also mentioned that her brand is very personal to her, especially since becoming a mom to her daughter Raha. “Being a mom has made me better at everything,” she added.
Alia Bhatt got married to Ranbir Kapoor in April 2022, and they welcomed their daughter Raha on November 6 of the same year. Meanwhile, Isha Ambani, who is married to Anand Piramal, had twins Aadiya and Krishna on November 19.
Alia Bhatt recalls feeling ‘protective’ while signing Jigra
Also, the actress talked about her new movie, “Jigra,” with Vasan Bala. They announced the movie last year, and it also stars Vedang Raina from The Archies.
Alia remembered the time she agreed to do the movie. She said she joined the project shortly after having her daughter, Raha Kapoor. She said, “When I signed up for Jigra, it was just after I had my baby, around four months later. I felt very protective at that time, like a tiger protecting her cub. So, Jigra is all about protecting the people you love.”
This movie will be Alia’s second one as a producer. She thinks it will be quite different from her first production.
