Paritosh Tripathi is versatile and getting ready for his new comedy reality show, Madness Machayenge – India Ko Hasayenge. The show also has Inder Sahani, Kettan Singh, Gaurav Dubey, Snehil, Hemangi Kavi, and Ankita Srivastava. They all have unique talents and are prepared to make people laugh with their outstanding performances.

We had an exclusive chat with Paritosh Tripathi to learn more about the show and his experience working on it. He shared much about his love for art and his different projects and shows.

How has your work experience been of shooting Madness Machayenge – India Ko Hasayenge?

We just began the TV show. We’ve only made 1-2 episodes so far. It’s been perfect. Making the show is fun for us. The show is on TV for 1.5 hours, but we spend 10 hours working on it. That part is enjoyable. I always like the whole experience. It won’t connect with the viewers if we don’t enjoy making the show.

We’ve had several comedy shows, how different is this show?

The parts of the show are different because we filmed comedy in real places. I’ve never seen that before in the shows I’ve watched. It was like a prank, and we filmed in real locations, which was unique. We made episodes of that, and we had a lot of fun. You’ll get to see the previews when they come out.

Also, our co-actors are all new. Each episode will have the style of Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, or Kanpur. Everyone has their way of doing things. One person imitates well, another comes up with funny one-liners, someone else does funny movements, and another makes a lot of observations. All of this will be shown together. It’s wild, and we brought together all the crazy people and asked them to do this craziness.

What do you enjoy the most- acting, stand-up comedy, or writing poetry?

I like doing what I’m doing now and having fun (laughs). If I don’t enjoy it, others won’t enjoy it either. When I write poetry, I feel like a poet. During comedy shows, I leave seriousness at home and focus on making people laugh.

Will you play the role of villain in future?

In two movies I did this year, I played characters who were not completely good or bad. Even in the film Ludo, my character could have been better. I used to act in Crime Patrol and often played the bad guy. People started thinking I’m always like that, but it’s not true. You will see a different side of me in a few projects this year. I know this part of me because I’ve done a lot of severe plays in theatres which have yet to be shown on TV. I didn’t plan to be a host on TV; it just happened by accident (laughs).

Other things kept happening, too. People liked my sense of humour. The funny character I played in Kuch Khattaa Ho Jaay is getting a lot of love. Of course, I’ll play a bad guy again in the future.

How was your bond with Kapil Sharma while working on The Kapil Sharma Show?

When our movie ‘Kuch Khattaa Ho Jaay’ came out, Kapil Sharma came to watch it at the first show. Even Sunil Grover also joined us for the particular movie night. We all get along well. Having good connections with experienced people who have achieved a lot is excellent. It feels great when they like your work, and it’s because they are kind and supportive. I don’t have any disagreements with anyone.
