Viduthalai Part 2 is a new movie in Tamil. It’s a crime story set in the past. Vetrimaaran directed it and wrote the story with B. Jeyamohan. Elfred Kumar and Vetrimaaran make the movie together. The actors in the movie are Soori, Vijay Sethupathi, Bhavani Sre, Gautham Vasudev Menon, and Rajiv Menon. This movie is connected to Viduthalai Part 1 and is based on Jeyamohan’s short story Thunaivan.

Production Of Viduthalai Part 2
The movie Viduthalai was supposed to be just one movie. But in July 2022, they said it would be two movies because it was too long. They didn’t want to cut parts of the story. They officially said this on Vetrimaaran’s birthday, September 4, 2022. They filmed both parts at the same time. The first part finished filming in November and came out on March 31, 2023. They still needed to film some of the second part, which they started filming again in July.
Music
Ilaiyaraaja made the music for the movie. He made the songs in a new music studio in Kodambakkam. He used to work at Prasad Studios for forty years, but he stopped working there. The new studio is where he made the music for this movie, starting in February 2021. By May 2021, he had made three out of eight songs planned for the movie. They’re called “situational numbers.” Sony Music India bought the rights to the music.
Release
Viduthalai Part 2 will come out in cinemas around the middle of 2024.
